Terms of Service

No van moves before a price has been said and accepted. That price contains the $89 service call and stands unchanged at the door. If the job grows once we are there, the addition gets its own figure and your approval before it starts.

Ranges printed on this site describe typical work; the binding number comes from the call. Evening attendance adds +$45, overnight +$85, both counted into the quoted total.

Only somebody entitled to be inside: identification carrying the address, a lease, a registration, or an owner confirming it on the phone. Where entitlement cannot be shown, the technician stops and leaves.

The first attempt is always non-destructive. Drilling follows only after it has been explained, costed with the replacement hardware, and approved by you.

Labour carries 90 days of cover from the visit; hardware carries the maker's own. Misuse, a later break-in attempt and third-party alterations sit outside both.

Payment falls due at completion — card or contactless at the door, itemised invoice by email. A cancellation after the technician arrives carries the fee quoted at booking.

So far as the law permits, liability on any claim arising from a job is limited to the sum paid for that job; liability which cannot be limited by law is unaffected.
